24.01.2022 Lunch today!! Have been finding myself gravitating to vegetarian options more often, simply because my tummy feels better for it and my energy has increased... noticeably! I’ve found, in transitioning to vegetarian, that it has been better to do it incrementally and just change habits along the way: that’s what most things come down to, a change of habits. Now, it’s just as easy to rustle up a quick vego meal as it was to cook myself something meat based I will still e...at meat as my body calls for it- so far I’ve done that about twice and noticed the difference in my gut straight away.
