25.01.2022 https://acmgroupinternational.com/onshore-820-partner-visa/ Polly and Tony (Fictitious names) met on the internet and started talking causally. Both Polly and Tony have children of their own and often share their parenting style with each other. Polly always ask Tony for advice regarding to kids issues because Tony has older children. From their conversation, Polly found Tony to be a devoted father and started having feeling to him. Polly has a sister who settled in Sydney,... Polly would visit her sister at least once a year during the children school holiday. She thought that would be a good idea to meet Tony so she invited Tony to go to Sydney so they could meet each other. Polly did not know what Tony would say because Tony lives in a small town in Western Australia. To her surprised Tony agreed to meet her in Sydney without hesitation. When the two finally met, they know they did not meet by chance. They have so much in common and the time they spent together in Sydney have brought them closer together. The two continue to communicate regularly after that trip and not long after Tony proposed to Polly. Polly came together with her children on a visitor visa and got married to Tony in a small yet intimate ceremony. At ACM we prepared all the documentation for the partner visa application and lodged it before their visitor visa expired. Our agents at ACM have also advised about the education options for Pollys children while their visa application is under processed. 24.01.2022 https://acmgroupinternational.com/indonesian-school-sector/ Mr R is an Indonesian businessman and he has recently set up his business operation in Perth. Mr R has visited Perth on many occasions for business meetings. Mr R found Perth the perfect destination for his 2 children to continue their studies. Beside the lifestyle and environment, Perth and Indonesia are only four and a half hours away by flight and with only 1 hour time difference. Both Mr Rs children are studyin...g in International school in Indonesia under the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme. In Perth, only a handful of schools offer the IB Program and the International School of WA (ISWA) is a coeducational school which made it perfect for Mr Rs son and daughter to be able to study in the same school. The two children are both under 18 and will require an adult guardian to look after them while they study in Australia. Mrs R will be coming to Perth together with their 2 children and be their guardian to make sure the children have a seamless transition from their Indonesian school. Mr R got to know ACM from ISWA as we have previously handled some of the visa applications successfully for the school. As Mr R is a busy businessman, our registered migration agent provided him with a comprehensive checklist with all the required information for the student visa as well as the guardian visa. During the visa application process, our agent also assisted the applicants with arranging documents translation and health insurance. All 3 visa applications were lodged on 14th May 2018 and all were granted on 11th June 2018 in just 4 short weeks. 11.01.2022 https://acmgroupinternational.com/new-graduate-stream-for-/ Posted by Migration Alliance on 16/08/2018 Additional Graduate Skilled Occupations List to be introduced in Western Australia... An additional Graduate Skilled Migration List will be introduced to attract the best global talent with the advanced qualifications, skills and experience and help grow Western Australias share of the international education market. The McGowan Government will give high achieving education graduates - PhD, Masters, Honours and other higher degree graduates - a pathway to skilled migration. It is expected the changes will attract an increased number of high-quality international students to the State and help grow our share of the international education market. The State Governments existing Skilled Migration Occupation List will not be affected, with the policy of not including occupations such as bricklayers, electricians and mechanics remaining in place. Priority consideration for skilled migration under the State Nominated Migration Program will be granted to the best and brightest international students graduating from WA universities. These students are essential to maintaining the competitiveness of Western Australias universities in creating knowledge and building capacity for scientific and technological development, and strengthening the future workforce. 09.01.2022 https://acmgroupinternational.com/subclass-461-new-zealand/ Ms F is a British national and she first met her New Zealand Citizen partner Ms S in 2014 while they were both working as radiation therapists in a hospital in Saudi Arabia. Both girls had an immediate chemistry but were very hesitant due to the circumstance that homosexuality is punishable by death penalty in Saudi Arabia.... They tentatively began spending time together and developing into much more than friends. However they had to keep their relationship secret. Fortunately, it was very easy for them to spend alone time together as they both lived by themselves in flats on the hospital compound. After being dating for more than a year, the couple decided that they wanted to make a real go of their relationship and slowly began to tell their close friends. In November 2015, Ms Ss mother fell ill and Ms S ended her contract in Saudi Arabia to go back to New Zealand to care for her mum while Ms F remained to finish her contract with the hospital. While the couple were apart, they visited each other in New Zealand as well as England. They have also travelled on holiday to different countries. In September 2016, Ms S got offered a job as a radiation therapist in Perth and she moved to Perth to take up the job. When Ms F finished her contact at Saudi Arabia, she made a trip to Perth to visit Ms S and consulted with us about her visa options in Australia. Our experienced migration agent advised her to apply for a working holiday visa so they did not need to be separated for too long and once she arrived we would assist her to lodge a subclass 461 New Zealand Citizen Relationship Visa. 07.01.2022 https://acmgroupinternational.com/457-nomination-and-visa-/ As we are all aware that on 18th March 2018, 457 visa has been abolished and been replaced by the new TSS Subclass 482 Visa. The nomination and visa requirements for the 482 are more stringent compared to the 457.... Calvin was on a dependent student visa and he has completed his Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis and Diploma of Automotive Technology at TAFE. Being a fresh graduate without much experience in the industry, his best chance of getting a permanent visa would be apply for a Subclass 187 Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme. However, Calvin found it difficult to achieve the required scores in IELTS for the 187 and time is also running out. Our migration agent advised him to apply for a subclass 457 promptly before the TSS comes into effect. In just under a month, Calvins nomination was approved and after Calvin completed his character check and medical, his visa was also granted. When we first took Calvins case, we do not only look at Calvins visa eligibility, we also assessed whether his employer would meet the requirements. To get a high chance of success for a 457 nomination application, the business must demonstrated that Labour Market Testing has been done and the nominated occupation is genuine. Beside speaking to the employer to get a more in-depth knowledge about the Automotive industry within their area, our agent also read reports from local government to get information about the recruitment and demand of the occupation. With a strong submission and official evidence as backing, the nomination application was approved without being requested for further information. Lodging a complete application will reduce processing time, we also front load the character check and medical so the case officer can make a decision immediately without delay. Calvins visa is valid for 4 years and he will be eligible to apply for a Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme after working for the same employer for 3 years. If this is the case, have you thought of applying for a subclass 489 Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visa as your stepping stone to a permanent skilled visa? A subclass 489 is point tested which allows skilled workers to live and work in regional or low population growth metropolitan areas of Australia for up to four years. You can be nominated by a state or territory government agency or sponsored by an eligible relative. By getting sponsored, you will be awarded additional 10 points toward your point test. Each state or territories have their own skilled occupation list and nomination requirements. If the state does not have a specific skilled occupation list then you will need to have an occupation on the MLTSSL, STSOL or Regional Occupation List. If you do not meet any of the state or territories requirements but have an eligible relative living in a designated area of Australia, they can also be your sponsor for the 489 visa application. Once you meet the requirement for the grant of a 489 visa, all you need to do is to live and work in a regional, low-population growth metropolitan or designated area of Australia for at least two years and you would be eligible for the Subclass 887 Skilled Regional Permanent Visa. The work requirements for the 887 visa are also very easy to achieve, your work must be full time for at least a year out of the two years and it can be in your nominated occupation or another field. Sound promising? If you want to know more about this visa and whether you are qualify to apply, please contact our registered migration agents on +61 (08) 9325 6262.

03.01.2022 https://acmgroupinternational.com/onshore-820-visa-grant-f/ Danny is a 69 year old man who born in Perth and moved to Wyndham (3000 KM away from Perth) in his twenties. He runs a small business and is settled in Wyndham and has not left there ever since. Danny is a single father who brought up 5 kids on his own in the remote area of Wyndham. As all his kids are grown up and he is semi-retired, he has lots of free time on hand.... Dannys children all have family of their own and lead a busy life and often left Danny feeling a bit lonely. One day, Danny came across a dating website and decided to sign up and see what is install for him. The main purpose for Danny signing up was just talk to someone. Danny said hi to Laura and Laura responded straight away, the two started sharing about their lifestyle and family. Laura spoke fairly good English and made it easy for Danny to communicate with her. From their conversation, they are very like-minded people and being old school the best form of getting to know each other was to meet in person. Danny invited Laura to come to Australia to see him. He also warned Laura, Wyndham is very hot most of the time and if she did not like it here he would send her home. Laura agreed and they both really want to see how things would work out when she arrived to Australia. Danny organised and paid for her flight to Australia and assured Laura she would be taken care of. When they finally met, Danny showed Laura all the things he loves to do and also introduced her to all his friends and children. They spent everyday together and they value each other companionship. Danny was glad he could find a person like Laura at his age to spend the rest of his life with. Danny has not been to our office or met with our agent face to face but from the phone consultation he had with our visa specialist, he knew we could help him in fulfilling their dream of living together. Despite the fact that we have never met, we are always available through phone calls or emails to answer any queries they might have during the application process. 03.01.2022 https://acmgroupinternational.com/457-nomination-and-visa-/ Tony first lodged his 457 visa application back in November 2016 as a cook after he completed his Certificate III, IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality. While his visa was being processed, on 18th April 2017 the Department of Home Affairs announced the 457 visa will be abolished and replaced with the completely new Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa in March 2018.... This reforms has impacted many applicants as it resulted to a significantly reduced list of eligible occupations. In addition, reduced visa period of grant and further restrictions on certain occupations. These changes applied to all 457 visa applications that were pending for a decision as of 18th April 2017, and all future applications. The new changes have a major impact on Tony as his occupation Cook fall under the Short Term Skilled Occupation List. His 457 visa was eventually granted in July 2017 but being a cook will not give him a pathway of getting permanent residency through employer sponsored visa. Our migration agent advised Tony to change his occupation from Cook to Chef which will give him a pathway to apply for permanent visa down the track. Tonys employer took our advice and was promoting Tony as a chef for the restaurant. On 21st November 2017, we lodged a nomination application for a Chef for Tony with the same employer and subsequently lodged his visa application on 27th February 2018. Both nomination and visa applications were granted on 13th September 2018 without requesting for further documentation. Tony is now eligible to apply for a Subclass 186 after 3 years under the TRT Stream. 02.01.2022 ACM SUCCESS STORY!! 457 Sponsorship & Nomination approval in just under a month! We received a 457 Sponsorship and Nomination approval letter from Department of Home Affairs TODAY!! Only 5 days after the 457 has been replaced to TSS Visa! Mr Lau was referred by one of our clients and first contacted us at the end of 2017. He studied at TAFE and is a qualified motor mechanic. As immigration policy and legislations are constantly changing, we advised him to apply for a subcla...ss 187 Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme. While he was studying English and trying to achieve the required score for the visa application, we started working with his employer at the same time in preparation for the application. In mid-February 2018, after sitting for a couple of IELTS exams, Mr Lau was unable to achieve the required score for the 187 visa. At the time, we changed our plan and suggested him to lodge a 457 application before the TSS comes into effect in March 2018. We worked closely with the employer to make sure we had all the documentation that would cover a 457 application. We managed to lodge a decision ready sponsorship and nomination application on 19th February and 26th February respectively. In less than a month, both sponsorship and nomination applications were both approved on 22nd March without further information.
