With that in mind, we are pleased to announce a new addition to our group exercise timetable. Introducing AQUA HIIT! Using buoyancy and the resistance of the water, this high energy class is great for improving cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, balance and core strength, giving you ...a safe, effective, high intensity but low-impact workout. Beginning Tuesday 19 January from 6-6.45pm, come join us in our indoor warm water pool, challenge yourself with a new experience and give AQUA HIIT a try! Please arrive five minutes prior to class beginning to ensure a prompt start time, and as always, bring your towel and water bottle. See you there!

Jeff came to us with specific performance based goals and a desire to gain overall strength without compromising on his mobility and agility. We put our heads together and structured a balanced (see what I did there ) training program for him, using movements he enjoyed doing plus a few new ones for the man that loves a challenge.... Like many of us, Jeff has a busy lifestyle and isn’t able to attend the gym more than once per week. But he didn’t let that stop him, taking a holistic approach to his fitness with regular exercise outside of the gym, a balanced diet and a commitment to continue to learn and grow. Ways to progress your workout might include:... Cardio Add in new terrains try adding in some hills or slopes to your path each week to increase the intensity or difficulty of your regular cardio session. Strength Increase your sets or reps Try increasing the number of repetitions or sets in your current strength or weights routine. If you are currently doing two sets of 10 reps of bicep curls, you might like to try doing three sets the next week, then four sets the following week. 03.01.2022 In line with State Government directions as Friday 21st August our facility will need to have a COVID-safety marshal on the premises at all times. Please rest assure that we will be following these new rules, with a COVID-safety marshal on site assisting with monitoring social distancing and that members & guests are following health & safety processes. No changes will be made to our current operations and we are following all safety measures to keep you healthy in Centre. ... You’ll still have complete access to our facility as you currently do. Please remember that health & hygiene remains important, we ask that you to please: Wipe down your equipment after use and use the provided sanitisers. Bring a full water bottle - our water coolers are out of action for the time being. Please keep 1.5 meters distance from other members and staff at all times. Sanitise your hands, using our sanitisation stations throughout the Centre. Minimise your time in centre - Toilets, change rooms and showers are accessible; However, we encourage you to arrive dressed, ready to complete your workout and shower at home. Most importantly: If you are feeling unwell or with symptoms please stay home.

03.01.2022 IMPORTANT MEMBER UPDATE As per this afternoon’s state government announcement, Premier Steven Marshall has confirmed that South Australia will reintroduce ...restrictions as of midnight tonight in response to a coronavirus cluster. In line with government direction, we will be closed from close of business today, Monday 16th November a period of 2 weeks. This period is subject to change in line with revisions from the state government. We will provide further updates as they come to hand.
