19.01.2022 Roasted pumpkin seeds are SO YUMMY! If you’ve never had them before, today’s the day to try them out! Here’s what you do: When you are scooping out the seeds from your pumpkin, simply put the seeds into a bowl. Wash the seeds, and dry them well. Add your own spices: most people use garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix these with the seeds in a bowl, and drizzle with olive oil.... Spread the seeds out evenly on a baking sheet, and bake until crunchy, about 12 - 15 minutes, at 180C, stirring them around at about halfway through. Remove from the oven and you’re done! Leave to cool, and add them to any salad or soup, or just eat them on their own!
