23.01.2022 In April 2016 I am doing my first charity ride. It's a ride from Sydney to Canberra over 2 days. The ride is aimed at helping raise money for the SIDS and Kids ... and the Stillbirth Foundation, while also supporting them in other ways. 03.01.2022 || ABRT - Back at it! || I’m back at the ABRT clinic after a refreshing and relaxing time. I’m ready and keen to provide you with any remedial massage work you may need to assist you in your regular health maintenance, or treatment of a current injury. Since getting back from holidays, I attended a massage therapy workshop in Melbourne on ‘Treating the Athlete’. Through that excellent Workshop I was able to gain a greater insight into some new massage therapy techniques for t...reating athlete-specific conditions, but which I realise will also be fantastic to use on all my regular clients.
