09.01.2022 We pride ourselves on our customer service and professionalism. However this morning I had an incident at a job that led to us walking away from the job unfinished, something I have never done. Whilst attempting to complete a job for a customer, the customer started hounding me that RACQ said its a very quick and easy job and started questioning my ability to complete the job. Now I have no problem with a customer questioning this, however no amount of reassurance was solvi...ng the issue and it got to the point of a constant dialogue from the customer. Even to the point they suggested I leave the job for someone else. I finally got to the point that I said I wasnt continuing and started packing up my tools. This resulted in the customer starting to film me and putting their camera within 30cm of my face continually, even when told to give me my personal space. Ive posted this, not only to share our side of this issue, but to also thank our loyal customers and followers for their treatment of us when we are completing jobs for you.
