09.01.2022 Dear Families, We have become aware of distressing reports about a very graphic video circulating on social media platforms. The Australian Governments eSafety Commissioner and National Suicide Prevention Adviser to the Prime Minister have released a joint statement which advises parents, carers and educators against drawing young peoples attention to the issue unnecessarily, so as not to peak curiosity. Our Educators have been informed about the situation and will be k...eeping a close eye on the children in our care so that they can respond to any child who may have seen or heard about this content. Parents will also be notified of any child who is at risk of having seen or heard about such content. Social Media Apps are not installed or permitted on any Active OOSH devices, and children bringing their own devices are not allowed to use social media platforms while at OOSH.
