24.01.2022 Happy New year ! 2020 , while certainly a challenging time, has been rich with learning . One of our biggest lessons has been appreciation . The gratitude we have for ADP members and how you have all enriched our lives , has no boundaries. We cannot thank you all enough for your loyalty and pure presence . Watching our community develop and grow has been one of the greatest and most humbling experiences for our family. In fact we look at each of you as an extension of our ...family. To our most talented coaches , we are blessed to have you all. Crossing the bridge to 2021 is so exciting, and we know it is going to be an even more incredible year. 21.01.2022 ATTENTION Our Outdoor Strength and conditioning will be finishing this week but still on !! We are just coming back into the gym at 5:30pm. So this will be our last outdoor session for this season this week! Coach Ezz @the_earthy_athlete will be starting a new class next week, called barbell at 6:30pm Thursday afternoons. ... This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to lift or just enjoys lifting in general. Ezz will take you through mobilisation , skill, technique and drills then finish with a barbell workout! Again this is a learning class and a great opportunity if you want to learn more about lifting! First cycle is on snatch! Class will have a limit so make sure you sign in

You don’t have to sign up to a certain amount of pt sessions at a time, if you want to learn a skill then book in for a pt session with one of our coaches for a whole hour just focused on you and your specific needs! We trained with Emi before ADP was even a thought, and she became a close family friend. She has been on a massive journey to get to this point and to say we are proud of her is an understatement! Let’s do this Dorny !

And.... 2- Emi will be representing NSW this weekend Saturday and Sunday in the masters league comp if you would like to pop in and support! Normally I#this would be an event at a Cf box but due to covid it’s now all online and done from their hometown gyms! Let’s go Dorny! @emidorn . First event kicks off at 11am

13.01.2022 It’s been a hectic year to say the least! Bring on the festivities! We are putting in extra Christmas spirit this year as we can’t have our Christmas party! So as of next week you can expect a Christmas tree up at ADP, Christmas programming in BOTH strength & conditioning and CrossFit classes, and our coaches in full swing with music and Christmas write most days! Let’s get a great atmosphere happening guys and enjoy the Christmas vibe! Grab your training buddies and get dressed up for Chrissy workouts as well!

11.01.2022 Are you afraid to be who you authentically are? Our culture represses weirdness, quirkiness it’s ok while you are a child but you must conform to being only one type of person as an adult. This is wrong and breeds anxiety , stress and depression. You are allowed to be you in all your glory. If you have people around you that make you feel like you cannot be who you are then to be blunt, they are not your people and to live a happy life you need to find new ones.... This is a quick life in the grand scheme of things. Do you want to spend it pretending to be someone else’s idea of right? Or do you want to spend it being gloriously and unapologetically YOU ?!

10.01.2022 The word gym doesn’t cut it for what we do at ADP. We are a community, a family. Yes we workout but that’s just one of the many reasons we come together. We believe in creating a space for people to be able to who they are and feel proud. To support one another, grow, learn, laugh and LIVE! @melpickks birthday yesterday this lovely lady always brings a light to every room she enters we are so happy to have as apart of our community! Hope you had fun melly!!

08.01.2022 What is your metric for measuring wether your successful at training? Is it I have succeeded wheN I can do RX weight? Is it I have succeeded when I finish first in the class... Is it I have to be dying on the floor at the end If these are your metrics, although they are great goals (if that’s what you want), they are not great measurements for success. Training your body and mind is a lifestyle, it’s about the long game, and if you measure your success by what’s above and write else anything off around it... you will burn out and you will be disappointed constantly. Try measuring success as I turned up everyday I said I would this week regardless of how motivated I felt I gave it a go even though I was scared, or didn’t know if I’d succeed I gave everything I had into that workout and that’s enough I moved on a day I didn’t feel like training at all, I may not have done RX weight or heavy lifting but I got there, and respected where I’m at, moved my body and had fun with my friends I chose to do bullet proof or movement as my workout this week for something different Be aware of how you measure your success in any area of your life. Is it realistic? Is it toxic or healthy? Will it serve you?
