The key driver for the current review of Fitness Training Package Products is industry concern that existing Units of Competency and Qualifications do not align well to Fitness and Aquatic Fitness instruction roles in the workplace. Draft 1 Qualifications, Skill Sets and Units of Competency have been updated to align to contemporary industry job roles; provide sufficient flexibility to support multi-skilled instructors; reflect current industry practice and trends and encourage the learner to complete the qualification.
