21.01.2022 ACTON Strata - Xmas dinner on the Swan. Cruising on the Swan River, celebrating the year gone. It was a beautiful balmy Saturday night, with a Christmas theme buffet, free flowing drinks and the wonderful company of our Strata Team. Yvonne & I sincerely thank everyone for their massive efforts through 2017, the results were outstanding!! Thank you to the Association of Property & Facility Managers in Singapore for their warm welcome, site tours and insights in to the Singapore strata industry. 18.01.2022 ACTON Strata appointed for new Cannington Landmark Building... ...Momentum Apartments Over the past couple of years, ACTON Strata have been working closely with the Project Manager Bryan Negus of Pathfinder Property, on this new 8 storey - 114 unit development, situated on Cecil Avenue.... It towers over the Westfield Carousel Shopping Precinct and is in the centre of the Canning City Revitalisation Project. It is exciting to see the building completed and now we step in as the Strata Managers to administrate the Strata Company on behalf of the new owners. There is always a settling in period and education process particularly for owners that may not be familiar with strata living, but it is our role to make that transition as smooth as possible for everyone. As an extra thank you to our Strata team, for all their efforts in helping us to achieve our growing success, they all got to enjoy an overnight stay at the Crown Metropol. The ladies were glamorous in their glittering gowns and the men dashing in their suits & bow ties. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate together the year that was...... & what a year it was As a young business in its third year of operating, we massively exceeded our expectations of growth, with 290% increase of strata managements (over 1,000 units) and 195% increase on turnover... we are rising from strength to strength. We would like to acknowledge our appreciation of the continued support we receive from our existing Strata Owners, Developers and ACTON Regional Owners.
