Especially since ICE is in epidemic proportions, we wanted to support the forgotten victims, the families, partners and friends of people who suffer addiction issues. Part of that is to provide education about this. So here is a great article about the hijacking of the brain that occurs due to addictions. For more support and information call us.

Our staff, understand innately the stress and trauma related to suicide and want to help YOU! This journey does not have to be taken alone anymore... Call us! 02.01.2022 Can we find healing in the pain?

02.01.2022 How human we ALL are! Since the doors of the Australian Centre of Trauma and Wellness have opened, as a Director of the business, I have had to grown. In all of my study that I have been doing to ensure that I can perform as not only a therapist, but as a business owner, I have found one things that has resonated with me. The word CONNECTION and what it imply's to us as people, is so profound. As humans we need connection, we crave connection! Even for those of you who feel s...ad, and don't want to see anyone or be anywhere, the truth of the matter is, if we were connected to someone who would walk the path with us, not in judgement, but embracing us, it would make us feel part of something that was real. Christmas time is about connection, even in the smallest ways. As I reach for my two dogs for connection, I hope that you too have a way to find connection with something that makes you feel validated. If you do, then it is our job to ensure others feel connected. Christmas is about belonging, and acceptance. I dare you to make connections... Smile at everyone, connect with conversations, in adversity and in happiness! Happy Monday! See more
