Helena Mai is a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner with medical and therapeutic background experience in diagnosing, treating and caring in both Western and Chinese medicine practices that spans more than 30 years. Earlier this year she decided to open up her own practice after spending years practicing in other clinics around the Illawarra and Sydney region. She is incredibly passionate about what she does and enjoys being able to help others in finding relief from whatever illness or issue that affects them
