Ideally we are after an individual with an interest in the meat industry to fulfil the current cleaning position working towards an apprenticeship in 2021. Duties will include but not limited to:... Sanitising all surfaces Cleaning shop front and display cabinets Cleaning machinery, knives and trays Complete wash down of all work and storage areas Applicant must possess the following: Adaptable to a fast paced physical role with a focus on safety and quality. The ability to understand written and verbal instructions A high attention to detail, and the ability to learn and work to defined time frames. Be punctual and reliable Be open to gaining experience in all facets of the trade Own transport, drivers license would be an advantage.
