25.01.2022 Just starting another deck job in Stafford Heights. I'll keep posting up dates of my progress.

19.01.2022 I was contacted by the owners of this property and asked if I could help them build this deck. They had the plans drawn up and all the materials on site, and were going to build it themselves.They weren't quite sure where to start so they asked me if I could help them get out of the ground. I ended up staying on to the point you can see in the photos. They are going to do the balustrading themselves. They have asked if I can put the roof on for them next year, so I'll take some more pictures if we go ahead with that. The sub floor was rougher header pine, which is a soft wood and can't span as far as hardwood or LVL's, so I needed to put in 3 rows of bearers to pick up the span. It's always a good idea too paint your (pine) sub floor to prolong it's life and protect it from any moisture and the Qld weather.

19.01.2022 Here is a bathroom renovation I have recently completed in Landsborough.

18.01.2022 I've just finished renovating a front entrance deck and also a larger back deck in Burpengary. Striped it right back. Repaired the sub floor where required. New decking, stairs, balustrading and privacy screening. Here are some photos of the front.

13.01.2022 The deck is now complete on the Lawnton property. It's really added some great extra living/entertaining area on a budget. The decking boards are pine but have been treated with a product before installation which penetrates through the timber to prolong its life, and also really brings out the grain in the timber. In my opinion you can't beat hardwood decking, but if your on a tight budget this is a great alternative.

11.01.2022 Just finished a picket fence with a double gate today for a nice couple in Arana Hills. Keeping it in character with the house and area.

09.01.2022 I'm back at the investment property in Lawnton. Working on the new deck now which will be a great addition to the property as it's a small house. Now with the sliding door out from the living room, it will more than double the entertaining area. I'll take some more photos next week as the job moves forward.

08.01.2022 Here iv taking out a window and replaced it with a sliding door. The renderer has finished his work now and the place is starting to come together now. This week we got the green light from the certifier for the deck, so I'll put some more photos up of the my progress shortly.

04.01.2022 Here is my latest project I'm working on for a property developer in Lawnton. We are doing a full renovation including another deck down the side of the property which I will be starting next week. But the first thing we wanted to achieve was street appeal.
