The role can either be a remote role based from our Sunshine Coast office, or there is the opportunity to relocate to our Emerald Office. About the ...Role: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Portfolio Management this will be done remotely, from our Sunshine Coast office OR If youre willing to relocate, will be based in our Emerald office. You will be responsible for being an integral part of our Emerald Team while encouraging, supporting and developing their skills Great support with Property Management Administration and Accounts that will help with taking care of the Trust Accounting as well as helping with your PM administration duties including but not limited to applications, lease renewals, bonds etc. Additional Benefits: Mobile Phone Duties and Responsibilities: Day to day management of a portfolio of properties in Emerald, including but not limited to; Establish, build and maintain landlord, tenant, client and contractor relationships Organise Repairs and Maintenance Organising the team in Emerald to complete as part of your portfolio management - Open homes, Inspections, Routine Inspections, Condition reports and Vacating or Final inspections Prepare, lodge and present applications to QCAT Lease renewals, rent reviews, new leases If required, attend to clients insurance claims and payments Skills and Experience: Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Current Australian drivers licence Experience in Property Me desirable Highly organised with amazing communication and time management skills The ability to communicate effectively in both a verbal and written format. A high commitment to customer service Mature attitude, punctuality, honesty and loyalty to clients and your team Ability to work autonomously and must be a go getter Excellent presentation and phone manner. 25.01.2022 Saturday evening saw the Sunshine Coast Team get together for their Christmas Party at Mykies by the Bay on Kawana Island. The catering by the crew at Mykies was sensational...and oh those cocktails! Everyone got into the spirit and turned up with a wig...though only the stayers wore theirs until the end! Fun times!
