12.01.2022 Learning self defense is just plain smart, not different than taking a first aid course, owning a fire extinguisher or life jacket. It is strategically sound to prepare for emergencies in advance of danger. This way, in the event of an attack, you will feel less fear, follow a plan and take action Lack of mental and physical preparedness usually result in confusion, hesitation, and panic. What would you do if you were attacked... We can assist you in learning a proven self defense and developing your skills at the same time as improving your fitness, balance and coordination not to mention gaining confidence, focus, discipline and self-control. 04.01.2022 Learn Taekwon-Do and learn how to Fly Learning how to focus on a target whilst jumping may seem like fun for kids to enjoy but look what they can achieve. Thi...s young boy in the first photo is 5, he started training in 2020 just before COVID took a big chunk out of our training year. The confidence and self-esteem this gives young children and teenagers whether male or female is great to watch as you see their skills grow. They don’t even know what they can achieve but the smile on their faces says it all. Our instructors will guide them in the use of proper technique and give them plenty of opportunities to practice. #Agility #balance #Confidence #Taekwondo #taekwondokids #taekwondokicks #Taekwondofun See more
