23.01.2022 Regardless of my personal views about this virus I have had a lot of messages asking if classes are continuing. I can only answer for adults martial arts at addiction kickboxing , but the answer is yes, absolutely! As always it is YOUR choice to come to training or not. Our dojo is cleaned constantly, the gym equipment is disinfected constantly and we have hand sanitiser in the kitchen. There are always bottled water in the fridge available at NO charge for you that i regular...ly encourage you to drink throughout the classes. There is even toilet paper! I will ask that your training uniform is washed and when you come to class you are clean and wash your hands during water breaks. If you are feeling ill, dont come to class! All things we ask of you anyway. Keep clean and keep the dojo clean,your own equipment and borrowed So as stated earlier our classes will continue without interruption until further notice. 19.01.2022 Hey guys and girls, hope you are all ok, I miss you all, life goals take time and a lot of self dedication one of Mine has been finally listen to myself what I have told my fighters over years, I eat healthy now and do regular exercise, my highest weight was 137kg, even going through high school i was a large unit, picked on day to day from my size, which lead me to martial arts. Martial arts has introduced me to so many people, and made my mind stronger who I am today, now my weight today is 92kg, I did get as low as 86kg but very hard for me to maintain, this is not a winge it is just letting you know to set your goals and dream big, it will happen

Whether to a senior or junior grade, or uki or tori, bow showing your gratitude for the lesson, the use of their body or not damaging yours. Always when bowing to my Sensei I think of how lucky I am to receive the lesson that was learned through blood, sweat, tears and countless repartition. Sensei didn’t just plug into the matrix to receive... wisdom. This generation is very fortunate to have resources like google and YouTube, options of multiple choices regarding schools and classes, scientific safety equipment and exercises to minimise risk of injury. The downside of all of these conveniences is that some students don’t appreciate what they have, don’t appreciate the sacrifices of time, energy and money made by their teacher. Choosing a dojo and a Sensei isn’t something to lightly consider. It is something that could change your life and put you on a positive endless journey to satori.
