25.01.2022 This tube forming job is really coming together. started assembly yesterday of the (beige) cnc routed polyprop along with the #3Dprinted high temp plastic tube formers and clamps. add+it+tech conceived, designed, printed, assembled and will soon commission it for production. @ add it tech
22.01.2022 Really pushing the limits of FDM printing on this job. This is a setting tool for a customer who exports high tech CNC machines all over the world. Here we achieved a 100 micron layer thickness, 0.65+-0.05 mm wall thickness on the semicircular part and a 3.2Ra surface roughness.
22.01.2022 Introducing add+it+techs print room with the FDM printer and the new SLA printer.
22.01.2022 Thank you to the Swiss Chamber of Commerce - Australia for awarding add+it+tech the 2016 award for science/research/education category! Its great to be recognised and rewarded for combining the high-tech know-how of Switzerland with the can-do attitude of Australia. http://www.swisscham.com.au/
21.01.2022 The backbone of our RoAr-AM system is the MIG welding system. It produces an amazingly narrow and consistent weld bead. This makes me very pleased.
21.01.2022 Check out our new video of some robotic fabrication of aluminium marine parts. Fixture and process developed by add+it+tech and Steg Engineering

20.01.2022 Heres a picture of the heart of add+it+techs R&D effort to develop a large scale metal 3D printer. Here she is in operation, doing the first trial prints. Its a huge machine, but we are focussing on relatively small objects for the moment. http://www.addittech.com.au/roar-am.html
