25.01.2022 Hey guys. Just wanted to touch base with clients/friends etc. business is as usual, so no need to panic. A few precautions are in place (some are the same as pre COVID-19) If you have any cold, flu or fever symptoms please re schedule your massage for a couple of weeks, and stay home If you have been overseas, or in contact with someone who has, please also reschedule your appointment. Fresh towels, face covers are always provided for each client. Hands are washed ...and sanitized after each client Antibacterial wipes and spray (thanks to dads 80% moonshine) are used in between clients to sanitize common areas of the massage table ie: hand rest and face cradle. Lets be smart and get through this together, while supporting small business. Cheers See more

22.01.2022 People say they would do anything for their kids. Does that include living a healthy life style?????? For me, the last 18 months it hasnt. Irregular training, constant anxiety, massive lack of motivation to do anything, but still having to keep on keeping on. I had to change something!! First thing I thought would help was regular massage with Robert Navacchi @bodycaretherapy, 6 weeks on and feeling pretty damn good!! Who would have thought??Training 4-6 times a week, energy levels are back, very minimum anxiety and most importantly, feeling happier than I can remember!! 12.01.2022 8 years ago today I had surgery for a ruptured distal bicep tendon. Despite losing about 5 extension and 5-10 pronation, happy to have a fully functional arm. Regular treatments were a must in the time after surgery! Thanks to Andrew Lavender for the referrals at the time

05.01.2022 I had to make the very hard decision today to temporarily close my business down. Legally I am still allowed to massage, but it doesnt feel right, and the risk is too high. Where to now?? Not sure. 13 years in the massage industry is where I want to be, But I want to thank everyone for their on going support throughout the years! Dont worry, as soon as this shit is over, Ill be back!
