The Flinders Ranges is an amazing place to visit, and there's always something new to discover, a new hike to conquer, or a tree to climb. It's hard to get out of the sleeping bag and leave the tent, but that crisp, fresh air while you watch the sunrise, and views like this when you leave Wilpena Pound Resort - Flinders Ranges, SA will leave you itching for your next visit!

Adelaide man Charles Brice, who became a quadriplegic following a motorbike accident in 2010 has begun a 300-kilometre bike ride from his crash... site in Paruna to Adelaide today. Leave your message of support below The 29-year-old has been joined by more than 20 other cyclists stoping in Loxton tonight, before heading to Swan Reach & on to Tanunda Mr Brice says the trip will be tough but worth it, as the group is raising around $100,000 for spinal cord injury research "It's going to be pretty tough riding 300 kilometres I've got use of my arms but I don't have full use or strength prior to my accident so it's going to be pretty gruelling, and pretty tough and pretty emotional," he said.
