21.01.2022 Our teachers are now trained and ready, and from today they will also have the role of COVID Marshal for every class, as required by the SA government. The marshal is there to ensure the wellbeing of everyone in the studio, by making sure the COVID-19 Safety Plan (e.g. physical distancing, hygiene, cleaning) is being maintained. Please help us by using the hand sanitiser before entering the studio, travelling light by bringing as few personal belongings into the studio as possible, and only attending class if you are well. If you have any symptoms (e.g. cough, runny nose), have recently returned from interstate, or have been asked to self-isolate, please join us for our online classes until you are able to return to the studio.

01.01.2022 On Sunday we filmed our asana routines for the upcoming yoga comp. It was really cool to see it all come together and to see how all the training has paid off for everyone. The videos will be submitted online and well hear the results at a future date, but the most important outcome of this training is the support and sense of community it brings to everyone who takes part, and how it reminds each of us that we are capable of so much more than we ever imagine. A heartfelt thank you and well done to everyone who took part in the training and who recorded their submissions on Sunday. You are wonderful.

Class is a wonderful way to take time for yourself. If you are on call or need to leave early, you can let the teacher know before class and theyll guide you as to the best way to get the most from your practice while also minimising distraction for yourself and those around you.
