10.01.2022 Here's some great tips on Tummy Time for your baby from Nic at Better Back Chiropractic - this is such a great exercise for babies who are having breastfeeding challenges, prefer one side, have some asymmetry or birth trauma etc.

10.01.2022 The most important protection for your baby is continuing to breastfeed! At this stage, I'm still offering home visits, with hand sanitiser & masks in tow, and all the hands off practice I've been doing for years anyway - and for those who are serious about isolating, or who have a positive test result, or have been in contact with someone who has, I'm available on Skype or Facetime....... I will do whatever I can for you to keep breastfeeding your baby to whatever extent you can. Please please please never feel that you can't access support!

02.01.2022 Just been to (ok, via telelink, but in Mclaren Vale, so I did leave home!) the 3 day ASTLiT Conference discussing tongue function etc... And this here sums up the whole point of attending these things - yes please crack my mind open a bit more! Give me more information to consider, new techniques to practice, fresh ways of looking at situations, more allied HCP's to refer to!
