13.01.2022 Good morning Under current regulation its recommended that all types of smoke alarms ( 240v and battery powered) are replaced every 10 years. If you are unsure of the age of the alarm, check with your landlord or have a look on the alarm/ under the cover (or at the fuseboard) as records should always be left. 10.01.2022 Recently i was asked to inspect a faulty 10yr+ inverter. The old Sunny Boy was beyond repair, speaking to the owner he made me aware of the 52c tariff he was receiving. After discussing with the supplier we will be upgrading the Inverter and panels and any other new requirements and he gets to keep his amazing feed in tariff and generate even more power.
