25.01.2022 When the music is just too good for stretches and you can't help but bop away!!

24.01.2022 Did you know you can Kanga in our indoor programs with bare feet? There are so many benefits to going barefoot and during exercise too! Going barefoot strengthens the stabilizing muscles of the foot and ankle making them stronger. Going barefoot improves our proprioception which will improve our balance and movement. Proprioception is our unconscious perception of space and our orientation and movement within the space around us. ... Going barefoot helps us to feel and connect us to our environment and this helps our balance and develops our natural movements. Going barefoot improves muscle alignment. Different muscle segments are used when we are barefoot than when we are in shoes and different muscle patterns become habitually recruited and strengthened. Going barefoot increases flexibility and mobility of the foot and gives a much wider range of motion. Going barefoot improves our Chi (Qi) and strengthens the entire body. It releases all of the energy and force that we accumulate throughout our body. Going barefoot helps energy to flow smoothly through our body. Words ~ Robins Key

21.01.2022 Floorwork - Our babies want to be involved; Our babies want to use us as play equipment; Our babies sometimes don't want us to do any floorwork;... Our babies want to explore; Our babies want to play together; Our babies are sometimes very loud; Our babies want a feed or cuddle from mum; And sometimes our babies decide to just gravitate to one mum in particular (Georgie!!) We make it work, we have fun, we connect with other mums and our babies enjoy the time too!! Kangatraining, because it feels good to do something for me, where my baby is included too!

21.01.2022 What songs are you loving at the moment? Putting together the term 1 playlist and would love some inspiration.

21.01.2022 How good is Mum and her little Miss Mini Me in matching tights!

19.01.2022 Excited.. I just got my crop in the floral design today!! Let me know if you would like to have a look.

19.01.2022 Tilly (miss 5) came up to me today in class and said "What's all that water on your face mum?". I was just taking the littlest Miss S out of the carrier and she looked at my red, sweaty face and was scared of me. Little Miss S wouldn't come near me and stayed close to her big sister and then when she needed more cuddles went to her next favourite person and cuddled through stretches. ... This comes after putting a black face peel mask on over the weekend and little miss S running away from me screaming.. Does your little one have a favourite person who they feel comfortable to go to for comfort and reassurance? Feel free to tag your little ones person and thank them. "As a mum one of the best things is having friends who love your children as much as you do" "I'm grateful for friends whom my kids can turn to when I'm not there"

11.01.2022 Merry Christmas from our family to yours. I hope today is filled with love, laughter and plenty of fun.

10.01.2022 Totally feeling this these school holidays!

10.01.2022 Modified Mum-cation! I totally recommend taking some time out of the day to day at home and enjoying a little getaway with another mum. Our children forming bonds with others and us being able to be around someone else who gets it. It may not have been a easy weekend; but there have many beautiful little moments along the way that have been so worth it.... A weekend away at Victor Harbor with Jade and Arthur from Kangatraining Norwood, Magill and Surrounds was full of dancing, singing, digging, exploring and patting kangaroos (there may have also been some tears, whinging, car naps and toddler scuffles). This moment was outside checking out a cheeky bird. Strong super mumma Jade with the toddlers!

I will update when I know more. X

03.01.2022 Happy New Year Today is a great day to be in the moment with your little family How did you celebrate the New Year? Do you have any family traditions?... Proud Happy Mama (a great page to follow about "Embracing your Motherhood journey")

01.01.2022 Today everything felt a little chaotic. A toddler who was tired and ready to nap when arriving at class (falling over and upset a number of times) & a 5 yr old who had a lot of questions for me and really wanted my attention. But by the end of class I felt so much better and a few of the mums at class mentioned the same for them too... ... Kangatraining lifting mothers moods to tackle the rest of the day!!
