24.01.2022 Me again Just wanted to share another workout I did today! This one literally only took about 30 mins and you don't need any equipment! Workout: Complete 1 round of each then rest for 1 minute. Complete 4-5 times ... 1. 25 squats 2. 15 crunches/sit ups 3. 10 push ups 4. 5 shuttle runs I threw in 5 suprise burpees after round 2 and 20 suprise jumping jacks after round 4! 21.01.2022 SOUND ON As the gym will be re-opening on Monday training sessions must be booked online. There will be an hour limit to sessions as we are restricted on how many people we can have at one time. Please watch our ‘How To’ guide on how to book!!... BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL and anyone who has not booked will not be able to access the gym. Our members will have priority for bookings and we will be accepting casuals if places are available. Casuals can book via email, DM or phone. Everyone who visits the gym must adhere to hygiene & social distancing regulations as enforced by the Government. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we have to put these systems in place to ensure we are doing the right thing. We hope that this is a seamless and easy to use as possible. 19.01.2022 PARTNER AB WORKOUT Taylor Carter & Leonie Wilson put this workout together the other week to get us through this isolation period (stay on the look out for more ) Grab your partner... housemate... child... doggo... or whoever and give this core workout ago. ... WORKOUT DETAILS: Plank hand claps Sit-up hi-fives V-hold circles (change direction halfway) Bicycle kicks (push slightly against each other for extra resistance) Leg raises with resistance (push your partners legs from the top depending on how much resistance they want) 30s for each exercise moving quickly from one to the other with zero rest. After you have completed the circuit rest for 1-2mins then repeat for 3 rounds. ENJOY & LET US KNOW HOW YOU WENT & TAG US IN YOUR WORKOUT

I thought I'd share with you all a quick shoulder workout I did that only took up around 40mins of my day! Here it is!... 4 rounds of each. 45 seconds on 30 seconds rest 1. Plank shoulder taps 2. Upright row 3. Dumbbell punches 4. Bicep curl to shoulder press 5. Lateral raises (no video) Enjoy! We hope to see you all at the gym again soon!

Here they take us through how to perform each exercise correctly with 3 progressions for each exercise to cater for ALL fitness levels! WORKOUT DETAILS: 1. Mountain climbers 2. Push ups 3. Burpees 4. 08.01.2022 Dear members, Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 and strict government regulations Adrenalin Gym will be closed as of midday 23rd of March 2020 until furth...er notice. All memberships will be put on pause during this time and tags will be deactivated. As the gym will be unstaffed, the phones and email will be unattended. However, we will endeavour to keep our members up to date with news as we receive it. Please refer to our social media outlets and emails for updates. We would like to take this time to thank our members for your continuous support over the years. We are proud of this little community we can call our Adrenalin Gym Family. 06.01.2022 We are devastated to confirm that following the recent announcement by the Victorian Government we once again are forced to close our doors. Currently, we have been advised that Stage 3 restrictions will remain in place for 6 weeks. We are devastated by the news as we have been loving seeing all our members returning back into their exercise routine. ... As before, all accounts will be put on freeze until we are able to re-open our doors. FULL BODY WORKOUT NO FITNESS EQUIPMENT REQUIRED ... 1000 REP CHALLENGE 100 jump squats 100 push-ups 100 tricep dips (use a chair/a bench) 100 mountain climbers (50 each side) 100 bicycle kicks 100 burpees 100 lunges (50 each side) 100 shoulder taps in plank position (50 each side) 100 high knees (50 each side) 100 supermans Complete this workout as quickly as you can. You can split it up anyway to want as long as you get it all done!!
