23.01.2022 Just like how the body recognises real food over processed chemicals, the environment you're in impacts how you feel. # Being around unnatural warmth and light will effect you badly over time compared to how fire and sun would. Most people don't realise what feeling good is meant to feel.

Use your surroundings, the environment you move in, what you must survive in. Run, jump, climb, lift, throw, carry, balance, strike, grapple. These are fundamentals to become both physically and mentally capable, slowly dying qualities as society progresses.
