25.01.2022 This is going to be one of my mantras this year! Each time I think I need something, I will ask myself- do I need this or do i just want it to fill in a hole or gratify the ego? Then think of a better use of my time and energy- cooking, drawing, walking, yoga, writing, playing....... Humans are creative Beings.. we are constantly co-creating the world around us with all of our thoughts and actions... yet society and culture have turned us into consumers. I want my Son to grow up knowing that he doesn't need to look external to satisfy his needs, he has everything he needs within. What are some of your Mantras going to be for 2017?

22.01.2022 Sometimes in the New Year we can be too harsh and try to set unrealistic goals. I prefer to set intentions and develop habits..the goals will follow Remember you are probably your harshest critic SO sometimes you need to look at how far you have come, be grateful for the lessons learnt and move forward with intention....
