The role will include both commercial and domestic general electrical work, installation and maintenance of solar systems, off grid & hybrid installations including generators and batteries. Applicant will require a full drivers licence and an A Grade Victorian Electrical licence. 16.01.2022 It has been a busy and exciting week here. As you know we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint where we can. We were lucky enough to be succes...sful with a small grant application through Latrobe Valley Authority to allow us to double our solar panels and also include battery storage. This week we have had the legends from Adsolar & Electrical here doing their thing to make it all happen. Our experience from the Mine Fire is when extreme situation occurs we are an immediate local source of refuge and support. We are now in a position to be able supply limited energy during a grid failure. This will allow us to keep our fridge running for food, charge peoples phones etc. In short we can keep operating during power failure. Additional to this any community facility that has battery back up is an invaluable asset for the Latrobe Valley. 14.01.2022 Welcome to the team Kurt Almost 12 months ago we met Kurt when he was present at his Dads inspection on his off grid solar system. Straight away Kurt showed an understanding and sound knowledge of solar and batteries, along with being quite handy on the tools from helping out at his familys Hazelnut farm! This lead to us being super impressed and offering him casual work in between his other two permanent jobs. Kurt always put his hand up to work additional hours ...to gain experience and knowledge. He has always wanted an apprenticeship, doing all the right things by doing a pre-apprenticeship course but still no luck. We were more than happy to offer Kurt a full time adult Electrical Apprenticeship with Adsolar as he truly deserved it. He has instantly fitted in and showing great signs of being an excellent Electrician. See more

The Victorian Government is providing a 50 per cent rebate, up to the value of half of an average 4kW solar panel system (which currently equates to $2,225) for eligible households. Being an accredited CEC (Clean Energy Council)experienced installer means we can deliver the same high quality systems, designed specifically for each of our customers needs, at much lower cost thanks to the current grants available.
