Due to statewide and continued business closures as a result of COVID - 19, our Campbellfield workshops remain closed until October 26th We will be in contact with all customers whom have vans with us in the coming days. We will work with you to ensure your van is ready for you once restrictions are lifted, so you can get back to doing what we all enjoy Although our Campbellfield workshops are closed, we continue to offer the following to our customers, which align with the current restrictions: our office remains open (remote location) we are taking bookings, providing quotes and technical advice as usual we are providing on site quotes, and pick up and delivery to customers outside Melb metro area our satellite workshop (outside Melb metro) is operating and caters to caravan servicing and repairs. There’s no need to put off critical service and maintenance, as we have adapted the business to the current restrictions. We are taking bookings, providing quotes and technical advice/fault finding, via phone, email, FaceTime or zoom. We are providing ‘non contact’ on site quotes and free pick up and delivery to customers residing in postcodes within Stage 3 restricted areas. ... We have a satellite workshop, outside of the Stage 4 area, and can provide caravan servicing and repairs. Our Campbellfield workshops are closed as per Vic Govt Restrictions. Our regional Vic customers have thought they can’t travel into metro to access our services, due to lockdown. NOT TRUE All customers can access our services. YES, THAT IS CORRECT You are permitted to access services outside your km radius, where you can’t access those services within your km radius. Regional customers can access our services. Don’t let lockdown affect your routine caravan maintenance. Caravan Servicing and maintenance is critical for safe road travel, and the safety of you and your family. For those hesitant to drive to us, we have provisions in place for you, that still allows you to access what you need for your caravan. For your reassurance, we also provide letters that verify your travel reason. So, let’s hope this clarifies that you can get your caravan ready for summer, get that accessory fitted, have your annual service completed and your caravan maintenance attended to, as normal! 04.01.2022 HHMMM! The second hand caravan market is HOT right now ! Infact, what to look for is one of our FAQ!... Here's some tips! Ensure the caravan suits your intended use. Don't buy what you wont use! An off road van isn't needed to stay in caravan parks! Service and maintenance history should be a factor. A serviced and maintained caravan is less likely to have problems, in particular, safety problems. Don't focus just on the 'look' of the van. A beautiflly presented van may be hiding major problems. These units need to travel on the road, so give more focus to the mechanical/safety operations. Ask how the caravan has been stored. Caravans stored under cover are less prone to sealant breakdown caused through heat, cold and water. Do a complete visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the caravan. Look for water marks on walls and ceilings. Water marks, means there’s a leak somewhere. Leaks lead to rot in timber which can result in costly repairs. Look at the seals around windows to check their condition. Take note of soft spots on the floor. Soft floors may mean there has been a water leak and resultant timber rot. Shine a torch in cupboards, to look for holes and smell and touch inside in search of dampness. Look at the A frame for signs of compromised strength or damage. Take someone with you for an independent opinion. Its easy to fall in love with a caravan that looks fabulous and suits your travel needs. Someone not emotionally invested may offer you a different perspective. Invest in a pre -purchase inspection for an expert opinion. Remember, we're here to help! Happy shopping!

02.01.2022 WE ARE OPEN! Caravan servicing and maintenance is now permitted, as announced by the Caravan Industry of Victoria yesterday! You are permitted to access our services to obtain routine servicing and maintenance... Melb metro customers, the 5km rule does not apply if seeking routine servicing and maintenance for your RV. The Victorian Govt has listened. With regional Vic open, caravanning permitted in regional Vic, and with school holidays here, routine servicing and maintenance is necessary for safe caravanning and road travel. Warranties and recalls, critical to safe caravanning, no longer need to be put on the back burner. This means: our Campbellfield workshops have reopened today we have opened with a COVID safe plan in place. All our operating procedures have been reviewed, and we are confident we have everything in place to offer our customers the safest as well as the highest quality services. we have measures in place to support our customers to travel confidently to our premises, ie letters to verify your bookings. we are able to offer customers a pick and delivery service during lockdown, we established a fully mobile service. This will be operational by October 5th. This means, we can now bring our award winning services to your doorstep Our team never rests! We haven’t just waited this out. We have worked tirelessly during these restrictions to come back even better than we were before. In addition to our new mobile service, and with great support from Hume City Council via a grant, we’ve also spent lockdown transitioning to an entirely digital workshop system, including new software!
