25.01.2022 What a ripper event!! Our first ever Speed Racer event went off without a hitch because of our absolutely amazing volunteers who went above and beyond from the crack of dawn, and also having incredible business partners who worked together like well oiled machine's!! We had so many comments about our vollies being super friendly, encouraging and fun and that is what we are all about- helping make your time on the trails a special adventure and something you will remember forever!! We are so full of pride, gratitude, love, elation and excitement for us all pitching in and pulling off an epic event!! Bring on next year!!!! How awesome is the trail running community!!!

23.01.2022 Together with Sunny Coast Trail Chix, Adventurology is super excited to have locked in our event dates for 2018!! We have a great mixture of adventures on offer next year including a full weekend of trail running and mountain biking, our awesome Speed Racer loop race and a night time zombie/scare run!!!! Put these dates in your run calendar!! ... 22.01.2022 Starting next week we'll be running a competition every week for the next 17 weeks (which will take us to the end of Sept and start of construction). We'll select one person a week to bring five of their best friends to run the course FREE of charge. We'll select one person at random whom has shared our page over that week. WATCH THIS SPACE. 15.01.2022 Speed Racer or Tortoise Pacer - TRAIL RUNNING EVENT. Due to popular demand, we have decided to change the race format for Speed Racer. We have opened up our event to all of the speedsters and tortoise's. All of the legendary entrants will now get to experience all 15kms of our spectacular course, unless you opt out at one of the check points. We will have no cut off time allowing everyone to finish their 5km, 10km or 15km event at their own pace! Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd person to finish the entire 15km event!!

01.01.2022 Going to start sharing a trail strength workout here each week for those wanting to get fitter and stronger for SPEED RACER or TORTOISE PACER on 21st July!! This weeks trail strength workout!! 5 mins warm up or after your run... 20x star jumps 20x knee repeaters- each leg 10x 1 legged dead lifts- each leg Repeat 3 times 20x jump squats 20x step ups- each leg 20x plyo lunges Repeat 3 times 20x top half donkey kicks- each leg 20x fire hydrants- each leg 20x clams- each leg Repeat 3 times 20x supermans 20x bird dogs 20x glute bridges Repeat 3 times 30sec- 1 min plank 100x mountain climbers 50x russian twists Repeat 3 times Stretch well, hydrate, focus on technique!
