08.01.2022 Barely the day has started and its already six in the evening. Barely arrived on Monday and its already Friday, the month is half over and the year is half ov...er. Already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed, we realize that we lost our parents, friends and we realize its too late to go back. So, lets try, despite everything, to enjoy the remaining time. Lets keep looking for activities that we like. Lets put some colour in our gray. Lets smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts. And despite everything, we must continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left. Lets try to eliminate the afters: Im doing it after... Ill say it after... Ill think about it after... We leave everything for later like after is ours. What we dont understand is that: Afterwards, the coffee gets cold... afterwards, priorities change... Afterwards, the charm is broken... Afterwards, health passes... Afterwards, the kids grow up... Afterwards parents get old... Afterwards, promises are forgotten... Afterwards, the day becomes the night... Afterwards, life ends... And then its too late. So, Lets leave nothing for later, because we will still be waiting to see you later. We will lose the best moments, the best experiences, the best friends and the best family. The day is today. The moment is now. We are no longer at the age where we can afford to postpone what needs to be done right away. So lets see if you have time to read this message and then share it. Or maybe youll leave it for later.

02.01.2022 HUGE CONGRATS to our group of gusty women who have just walked end to end on WAs Cape to Cape Track ... you girls rock :) Big Thanx to AWesome Guides Sue O and Sarah for doing what they do best - Encouraging, supporting, leading, sharing .... and the list goes on :) Words in from our AWesome Guide Sue O last night ........ "Bitter sweet day today, our last one on the Cape to Cape Starting at Cosy Corner we covered the final 21 km to the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. This slippery little (dangerous but sleepy) sucker greeted us before we traversed the dramatic blowholes! SO exciting but couldnt linger there all day, we had over 7km of beach to cover, including a final River crossing! After our final ascent from the beach up to the ridge we constantly darted in and out of the bush, watching the lighthouse get closer and closer We finished our epic trek as we started ... together Covering 135 km of some of the BEST coastal scenery this amazing country has to offer, we found strength and determination we never knew we had, heaps of shenanigans and the craziest things to laugh about, new bonds and friendships, but most of all the beauty of rising to challenges with the support and encouragement of other like-minded women." #capetocape #trailswa #bucketlist #adventurouswomen #girlpower
