24.01.2022 Our client was sick of the old out dated windows They wanted more light To be able to access there outside dinning area without using the front door ... They wanted a new Merbau step They got all 3 in 1 day We removed the old windows, we then added extra timber to support the support post in the centre. Bottom section of the wall was removed. 2 new sliding doors installed. 3x supagal stringers (custom made) camset into the concrete New merbau step New merbau centre strip to match existing merbau strips through out the dining area posts New architraves to outside to finish it up. The difference from before to after is the light into the living area has massively improved. 17.01.2022 This showroom needed closed in away from the storage area at the back. New stud wall formed, slat wall panelling installed, ready for them sale items to be hung up. New door jamb & door for privacy.... We installed some james hardie villaboard above, ready for painting. We hide them old ugly looking pipes with insulation to keep the noises out. In & out in 1 day. Little fuss for the client. 13.01.2022 Little sneak peak of the nearly complete bathroom reno at our Annerley job. The difference is These old apartments didn't have any laundry rooms on the same floor they where all based underneath the house ... The new owners knew too move forward with the times things had to change. The 1st picture shows the old layout 1st door way is to the shower & sink area 2nd door way is to the toilet The new lay out has the shower, sink & bathroom all accessible by the 1st door with the new storage area & laundry room using the new 3 doors installed. 06.01.2022 Not all jobs are big or massive but they are jobs. In & out in 1 day. From the old to the new. HAPPY Clients The original work was done many years ago, not entirely sure why it wasn't completed at the same time as the new ramp, maybe $... We replaced the old timber decking boards with a composite board to match the ramp. 1 of the hardwood joist had taking alot of abuse over the years and we replaced it. Protectadeck rubber is a must for me when installing decking boards.
