As the Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing annual marketing strategies, that leverage innovative approaches and creates new client experiences. This role will see you identify target audiences and conduct marke...t research as well as collaborating with the sales department to ensure alignment with goals, managing daily activities and call lists for the sales and customer experience departments. This is a diverse role, where you will primarily be responsible for: Overseeing a multi-disciplinary team including sales, customer experience and marketing. Implement and drive the marketing strategy to build market awareness and penetration for the portfolio of brands across various channels. Monitor and maintain the ADX Depot website and e-commerce platform to continually improve the usability, design and content to generate traffic and engagement. Identify opportunities for customer events, and experiences that align with the ADX Depot brand and image. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities to ensure consistent engagement and ROI. Client networking and PR. Creating and managing the day to day workflow allocations for the sales and customer experience department. Proactively identifying any potential roadblocks. As an ideal candidate for this opportunity, youll have: A degree in Business and/or marketing. At least 3 years experience in a workflow management, high performance, results driven strategic sales environment. At least 5 years strategic marketing experience. Work autonomously, confidently and be able to solve problems. Experience working in a collaborative environment and also autonomously. i.e., a roll up the sleeves self-starter who can brainstorm with the best of them. A sound understanding of how to craft a message that converts. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Very strong communication skills at every level. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage and articulate value propositions to various stake holders.
