Our after-hours programs have blossomed this year with so many new gorgeous athletes joining our classes catering for 5-13yrs+. ... I can confirm that unfortunately AEROcomp is CANCELLED until Saturday, December 5th. ... All other classes (AEROkids, Junior AEROkids and Mini AEROkids) I will update further in the coming days regarding our fitness classes so please continue to check your emails! 04.01.2022 Obstacle course fun with beautiful Junior Primary students of East Adelaide Primary School supported by their amazing Head of PE Anthony Prizzi! Whilst the upper Primary students are developing Gymnastics floor routines we are exploring all fundamentals with the younger students! Such a great foundation to build from!!

03.01.2022 Shout out to these two stars who today helped Coach Kylie present a workshop on advanced Jump and Leaps, focusing on push-up landings, at the @gymnasticssouthaustralia 2021 Coaches Congress! So much fun and so beneficial to the amazing AER coaches here in SA. Bouncing ideas off one another and sharing our stories of success is only going to help build the foundations here in SA for our amazing FIG athletes coming through.... Exciting times ahead!! 02.01.2022 Jump Rope athletes of South Australia held a workshop over the weekend and our Director, @kyliecynthiathomas , was invited along to take two workshops covering gymnastics drills for their Intermediate and Advanced athletes! A huge thank you to the Jump Rope staff and coaches for having AEROkids involved! These athletes are seriously AMAZING!!
