15.01.2022 This is Carlos, We’ve seen a huge energy shift with him in the last few weeks, he comes in ready to lift and it has reflected so much with his performance. On Tuesday he bench pressed 80kg for a set 3 with a 1s pause, which was a 5kg increase from his sets before and he made it look easy. Keep up the amazing work Carlos!
14.01.2022 Last week our Powerlifting Club’s member’s performance was at an all-time high and it really reflected in what each of them achieved. We also saw a big shift in their recovery and seeing them make sure they’re eating enough for their performance. Andrew - Back squat 90kg for 5 sets of 2, which is a 10kg increase and it was moving well. Deadlifting 145kg for 3 sets x 2 reps, which is up 5kg from last week. Carlos - Deadlifting 150kg for 3 sets x 2 reps 150kg, which is a ...10kg increase from last week. Bench Press 80kg for a set of 3, a 5kg increase. Damien - Deadlift 120kg for 3 sets of 2, which is an all time PR. We can’t wait for his next testing! Mason - Increased all of his lifts this week increasing by 5-10kg and benched 100kg for 5 sets of 2. Zarren - Deadlifted 150kg for 3 sets x 2 reps, which is a 10kg increase from last week and bench press 90kg for 5 sets x 3 reps.

03.01.2022 Everyone, this is Damo! When Damo started with us he was unable to do a bodyweight squat and now he is back squatting 60kg for reps and deadlifting 125kg, which is almost at his double body weight goal. He's been trusting the process and we have seen the big shift in how he carries himself. Thank you Damo for always coming in early, giving it your best and for an extra session to work on your accessories. This is why we are seeing you grow so much.
03.01.2022 A big congratulations to all of our members this week we’ve seen some absolutely amazing progress from all. Zarren - 180kg deadlift for a single after completing 160kg deadlift for six reps. Andy Martin - Got a 10kg increase on his deadlifts finishing on 140kg for 3 sets of 2 reps.... Carlos - Hit quality reps this week and we’ve seen big increases in all his lifts! Cat Roberts - 80kg for a 2 rep max deadlift and 45kg power clean for two singles. Courtney Yates - We saw quality work on her back squats and they’ve never looked stronger, she also increased her Shoulder Press and got 37.5kg for a double. Damien - Hit some heavy deadlifts this week 115kg for 3 sets of 2. Karen - 137.5kg Deadlift for a double.
