10.01.2022 In recognition that improving the gender diversity of our workforce builds overall capability, AFAC is proud to announce the launch of the 40:40:20 campaign. The campaign will use AFAC Collaboration Groups as talent development opportunities and balance them with 40 percent women, 40 percent men, and 20 percent either or non-identified. The campaign supports the Male Champions of Change (MCC) Fire and Emergency Groups commitment to increase womens representation as chairs and members of the groups to 40 percent by the end of 2020.
