11.01.2022 FRIDAY TIP- always listen to your mind and body. If your energy levels aren't there and your head space isn't quite right, do what you need to do to balance this out. Sometimes that might mean a big training session, other times it could mean having that extra rest day. I had an extra rest day this week and this morning powered through an epic legs session - energy is flowing and feeling amazing :) happy Friday everyone

Your body fasts all night while you are sleeping and when you wake up you need fuel for your body and mind to function properly, as well as kick start your metabolism. 2.
