18.01.2022 The first stage is to slowly appreciate your awakeness. If we can go through meditation for 2 minutes first thing in the morning. We have already won the battle.... This is Newton's first law - you need motion or you will stall. Then as you open your eyes, visualise your plan. We go through our day, in stages. To minimise Newton's second law of variables/dependables, you set everything in stone. Have a mindset. And a timeset. Afterworkout, there is no contemplation where you are, and where you should be. Success happens when you set things clearer and simply be there to rep it up. How do you do this? Afterworkout, do ORGANISING! Organise your life. First S - Sort (Seiri) get rid of things you don't need. Second S - Set (Seiton) if you think you need it, have a permanent place for it. Finding "A place for everything" is very important. Take photos so you know where things are even when you are not at home or workplace. Also good for insurance policies , you know what you have. Quality things rather Quantity of things. Third S - Shine (Seiso) regularly check if "everything is in its place", and keep it there, keep them clean and even polish them. Fourth S - Standardise (Seiketsu) apply it in everything in your life. In your fridge, kitchen, gym, friendplace and workplace. Now it is easy to visualise any goal, any thing you want to implement. 04.01.2022 Restore your energy. Shop locally and meal prep ready food afterworkout. Schedule bulk shopping and mass cooking on Sundays and Wednesdays. Meal Prep in glass containers (don't use plastic, glasswares better preserves flavour in the long run and better for microwaving food in the 3 days that follow).... Schedule your eating within 12 hours every day. Eat heavy, starchy, sugary fruit-like and less nutritious food towards the morning, to burn them off throughout the day. Then eat lighter salad-like and more nutritious food especially at night. Then allow your body to have a break and start eating again after intermittent 12 hours of fasting. Meal prepping and home cooking shifts our thinking into wellness and mindfulness afterworkout. Make time to relax and catch up with family and friends!
