For this years festival, we have collaborated with local artist Hayley Gillespie. This collaborative projection artwork titled Migratory Patterns saw AGB Events transform Hayleys wondrous paintings into an animated story, projected onto the facade of Cairns City Library. The theme covers the rich cultural gifts brou...ght to the region, as people from all over the world have called Cairns home. We all leave our mark on our environment just as it leaves a mark on us. The story of Cairns is one of union; a place of meeting, sharing of cultural knowledge and arrival. 13.01.2022 Lights of Christmas Brisbane 2019 - Lights ON! AGB Events are proud to have created and produced Lights of Christmas for the Archdiocese of Brisbane for its second year. The Cathedral of St Stephen was illuminated yesterday evening with a bespoke show created to highlight its facade. The adjacent St Stephens Chapel was also transformed by the light and sound show. Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and Archbishop Mark Coleridge were in attendance at the Opening Night, accompan...ied by a fantastic crowd! See Lights of Christmas each evening until the 24th December, with carols commencing from 6:30pm and the light show running from 7:30pm - 10:30pm.
