Unlike much of what you see in display villages this amazing design is a fixed-cost build (the value probably can't be matched anywhere). What you're seeing in this picture is the actual fixed-cost product (basically a mirror image of what's delivered to the owner).

11.01.2022 Were at Leppington Railway this morning in Western Sydney. When plans were released for the station we were quick to lobby for better parking facilities. Fast forward a few years and were now seeing cars park a kilometre away in every direction. Part of the role of a buyers agent is to get involved with the communities where our clients are buying, and well continue to fight for sensible infrastructure in the future.

09.01.2022 Working from Western Sydney we have a unique perspective on whats shaping this growing area. Theres an enormous amount of infrastructure development that is adding *massive* value to those that live or invest here. Im pictured here on Bringelly Road. Only a few years ago where Im standing was a simple two lane, unlit, and rarely trafficked road - now its being developed into a massive road connecting Liverpool to the East and Northern Rd to the West (M9, Outer Sydney Orbital corridor). We love helping first home buyers, investors, and developers in this area.

09.01.2022 The Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan is investing in major infrastructure projects to transform the region. This includes the upgrading 10km of Bringelly Road from two lanes to a six lane divided road between the eastern side of the Upper Canal bridge and Eastwood Road, through the future Leppington Town Centre (the main road connects The Northern Road and Camden Valley Way). The Bringelly Road upgrade, as part of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan, will provide better ...road linkages within the Western Sydney region and benefit the regions growing population, including through reducing commuting times. The total cost of the project is $509 million. The Australian Government is providing $407 million and the NSW Government is providing $102 million towards the construction of this project. Stage 1 of the upgrade, between Camden Valley Highway and King Street, opened to traffic in December 2018. NSW Roads and Maritime Services awarded the construction contract for stage 2 in May 2017. The entire project opens to traffic in late 2020. The massive infrastructure development in the area - the third city in NSWs bigger "three city" plan - is making it an attractive area for first home buyers, investors, developers, and businesses. 07.01.2022 Weve had a tough year. First it was a drought. Then a seriously damaging fire season. Then floods. And now were dealing with COVID-19. This video was shot on 5th December 2019 in thick smoke near the south-western Sydney suburb of Willowdale. You will have to excuse the wind-noise; it was shot on a mobile in very strong (and damaging hot) winds.

The owners have an application lodged with Camden council for a 22 million+ development that includes a multi-story 80-room hotel.
