16.01.2022 Please see below some important information to our upcoming Adam Gardiner Fund INC. Annual Race Day Due to NSW Health and current gathering restrictions The Adam Gardiner Fund INC. Annual Race Day Function will be held in The Baguette / Marscay Room to allow for all our guests Tickets are now electronic and will be emailed on Monday 2nd November along with event details ... COVIDSafe raceday we ask you to: Observe 1.5 metre social distancing at all times Thermal imaging will be recorded temperature when entering Rosehill Gardens Stay seated at all times, and minimize movement Move with purpose to purchase food and drinks, place a bet or use the restroom amenities Consume all beverages sitting down Movement to other designated areas is restricted so we ask that you remain within The Baguette / Marscay Room If your area allows for track views, you may stand to watch the race (excluding when viewing racing in grandstand seating); you must do so without drinks in hand and must return to your seat immediately When travelling to and from our venues and whilst standing or moving around the racecourse, attendees are requested to wear a mask. Reusable masks can be purchased for $15 at concierge desks, or alternatively complimentary disposable masks will be available at the gates.
