22.01.2022 I DONT WANT TO LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS IT WILL MAKE ME BULKY!? Is what I have heard sooooo many times in my years as a personal trainer and let me tell you ladies it will NOT make you bulky, depending on what your version of bulky is and what your goals are. If your goal is weight loss and you are eating at a deficit and weight training you WILL LOSE FAT and GAIN MUSCLE this is TONING as many of you call it. 15.01.2022 This was Tuesdays HIIT finisher circuit - 40 seconds of each exercise repeated by 3 rounds. We started off the session with weights and then finished with this @cammy75 always killing it and giving 100% in every session!

Conditioning Circuit 30 seconds each - Skipping ... - Plank Taps - Commando Squats with side knee - Hands & Elbows Repeat x 3 . Boxing First Round 20 seconds each Straight Punches + Squat Hold Hooks + Squat Hold Uppers + Squat Hold Swap Partners . Boxing Second round - 2 Straights, 2 Upper Cuts 2 Hooks + 1 Squat Jump Repeat x 10 Swap Partner . Boxing Third Round We did 1 round of each for straights, uppers and hooks 10 punches 1 Jog 20 punches 1 Jog 30 punches 1 Jog 40 punches 1 jog 50 punches 1 jog Swap partners after all 3 rounds done .
