25.01.2022 Having a "me" day today! Since Covid started I unexpectedly found myself putting in quality time towards self improvement on a Friday. Not every single friday just on the regular. And it's helped me to rediscover myself. Today I'm working on plans, goals, and dreams. Also have a catch up with my behavioural therapist! For those who have ever tried therapy that involves you talking endlessly about your feelings, but never talking about real and genuine steps to fix the issues ...in your life, give behavioural therapy a go! It really is great and is about teaching you skills rather than just telling someone how you feel! What "self care" routines do you have? It doesn't have to be all airy fairy. Its about taking time out just for you! Maybe you like chasing pigs just you and your dogs. Thats fine too!

03.01.2022 I mounted from the ground again today. Much better this time. Still got some work to do but a big improvement. Working on getting my balance back and being able to ride properly again. I haven't really been able to ride since I lived in NSW because I was so sick and in so much pain. So happy I am feeling half normal since quitting gluten!

02.01.2022 Just letting everyone know that I got the job (two actually!). So now this page will change to be all about my goals and dreams! I will be sharing a little bit about that in the coming weeks and then sharing as things progress and I take one step at a time to get there!
