25.01.2022 This is Aglow’s finest hour. The activities of Aglow continue around the world often in difficult situations and we remember that God has called us for this hour. Did you know that 51 new Aglow groups were birthed in 13 different nations last year?

25.01.2022 Our language and attitude either set others free or ensnare them. Be a Caleb or a Joshua. The report of the other 10 spies caused a whole generation to miss a trip to the Promised Land.

22.01.2022 It is quite amazing to realize that God had formed our identity before He had even formed our bodies in our mother’s womb. Jeremiah 1:5 He is really serious a...bout who He intends us to be, isn’t He? Lord, continue to raise us up in the fullest measure of our identityby Your Spiritso that our identity doesn’t have the touch of soiled fingers upon it. This is truly a work of the Spirit and not something the flesh can accomplish. If the flesh tries to accomplish the work of God, it is always a failure. In reading Watchman Nee’s book Changed Into His Likeness he uses Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to illustrate how God deals with us. Think about this Abraham had no beginning of his own! God took the initiative. Abraham never thought of Canaan as his goal. He went out, not knowing where he was bound, but in response to a call of God. When we really understand that God is the originator of ALL that matters in life, we no longer have such sureness about what we are going to do. It is all, if the Lord wills. Nothing that originated from Abraham himself, including his other son Ishmael, could serve God’s purpose. He learned that God was the Father, the Source, the fount of everything. Without Him there is nothing at all. Unless God does a thing, we can do nothing. Learning this lesson, we begin to be the people of God. That takes my breath away. I know this to be true, but in re-reading Nee (and the pages of my book are yellowed with age), I bow my knee and my heart again to the purposes of God in my own life and within the life of Aglow. None of us ever thought of being who we are, where we are and certainly not involved in a thing called Aglow It has totally been a work of God. He took the initiative. He called it forth. He called us forth. And today, this is a work of God that circles the globe. And He calls us leaders in the midst of this creation of His! My mind is blown. My heart is humbled. My soul is amazed. Don't you feel this way, too?

20.01.2022 As blind Bartimaeus sat by the road begging, just outside Jericho, he heard a commotion near him. Then he heard that it was Jesus! Imagine his excitement. Th...is could be a game changing day for this blind beggar. He began to cry out, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me! While those around him tried in vain to quiet him, he continued to cry out, even more loudly, Son of David, have mercy on me! Whether he was aware of it nor not, he was appealing to a fundamental attribute of the nature of Jesus. It was an attention apprehending word to speak in the midst of a crowd, all of whom were wanting Jesus to focus on their particular needs. Mercy is the Goodness of God confronting human suffering and sin. Mercy is an inexhaustible energy within the divine nature which disposes God to be actively compassionate. Whatever your need is todayreceive His mercy and His compassion.

18.01.2022 Authority is delegated power and its value depends on the force behind the user - you have Heaven backing you as you pray! You can face each challenge without ...fear or hesitation. Our fight isn't against people or people groups - our fight is against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age - Eph 6:12 So, friends, warriors, and champions, take up the whole armor of God today so that you are able to stand and push back the plans of darkness. Heaven is backing you!

15.01.2022 This morning, my attention was drawn to a verse in Malachi 3:11 I will rebuke the devourer for your sake, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground,... nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field. God, Himself, rebukes the one who wants to devour and destroy the fruit in your life, your family, your health, and your ministry. Satan wants to destroy the testimony in your life that speaks of the goodness of God. He comes to lie against the healing, redeeming, restorative nature of God. His lying nature is the same today as it was in the Garden when he asked the question, Has God really said? However, we know that the Word of the God is pure. Pr 30:5. The Word of God will stand forever. Is 40:8 The Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword. Heb 4:12 Therefore, we stand strong, knowing that His powerful Word is at work in us to rebuke the lies of the enemy.

14.01.2022 In Jerusalem in 2014, a man told me, "Prepare your ministry like the 5 virgins. The Body needs the foundation of the Word. We are in the time of temptation now.... It is the strength of the Word that will enable My people to stand in the time to come. People don't know the Word." At our 2015 International Conference in Indianapolis, Asher Inter said, "It is very important for us to read the Bible. Because we live in a day of smart phones, most have the Bible on a smart phone - you can pull it up and jump to a verse in a flash. Now that is nice if you are in the marketplace and you need to pull up a verse; but, you, also, have to read this Book every single day in a consistent fashion from beginning to end. You need to know what the plan of God is. You need to be sure of it because Jesus said, 'In the end times, there will be a problem of deception.' You have to know what this Word says and that does not come from pulling up a verse here and there on your smart phone. It comes from reading this Book every single day in a consistent manner so that you know what is in this Book from beginning to end." I'm imploring you to read the Word.

13.01.2022 Praise is a necessity. As you praise God, it is a proclamation against the enemy. You are declaring who God is - and who the enemy isn't! Let everything tha...t has breath praise the Lord! Praise Him for who He is! Declare His Glory among the nations and His wonders among the people. See Him high and lifted up, ruling over ALL situations and circumstances.

09.01.2022 In Hosea 2 we are told that the places of bitterness in our heart could become the very place of the entrance into hope. The Valley of Achor (bitterness) will b...ecome a door of hope. Just think, every place you have known bitterness, loss, or disappointment, is the place that God is turning that negative emotion of bitterness and giving you hope. It is a Divine Exchange! He took the hurt and the ensuing bitterness to Calvary. He bore it in His own body and transformed it into a life giving source that will flow from you like a fount of blessing to all you come Into contact with you.

08.01.2022 Do not be ensnared by the words of this day. It is only "the Spirit who gives life: the flesh profits nothing." Jesus went on to say in John 6:63, "the words ...I speak to you are Spirit and they are life." As we begin our journey into this new year, ask the Holy Spirit to speak words of truth into your spirit and to give you great discernment for each decision you will face.

08.01.2022 Let’s agree together today that as we walk together in the Lord displaying the Kingdom of God, we will be those who bring His Peace into every situation. We ar...e atmosphere changers! We want to show the world that this is what it looks like to walk through troubled or changing times because we stand on a firm foundation that is unshakeable. It is immoveable! It never changes. His Name is Christ Jesus!

02.01.2022 Years ago, I was told by two friends that I would be the President of the local Edmonds Aglow. I had never done anything like that. I was so shy! For some re...ason, I accepted the position. Soon after, the family left for a time of vacation. I would become almost physically ill thinking about being the President when I returned home. As the meeting day approached, I still felt physically ill. When the day arrived, I stood up and the anointing came. Maybe you find yourself in a situation that God has brought you to that causes you to feel physically ill. I want to encourage you, stand up! He is with you. He has equipped you. The anointing will fall and many will be blessed.

02.01.2022 From Roma Waterman If we only listened to what Jesus says about us we would never be depressed. We would never feel like we come up short or compare ourselves ...to others. Today, focus on what He thinks about you. He’s never going to criticise you. He loves your ideas. He loves to see you succeed. Turn a deaf ear to any sound that tries to pull you down and say you are not good enough. It’s always telling you what you should do or be. It’s just noise and you don’t need that. You need the symphony of Heaven to ring in your ears and His words to wax lyrical inside of you! Stop. Pause. Hear the sound! Jesus is singing over you. It’s a real song. I’ve heard it with my physical ears before! One time as I was waking from my sleep I heard someone enter my room, I felt a hand touch my shoulder, and then the most beautiful voice sang the most exquisite song over me. I will never forget it. He really does sing over us! I literally felt my DNA realign itself to the song of the Lord. It brought so much healing! His voice. His song. His words. Only. The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing. Zeph 3:17
