24.01.2022 Hello to all of the people that I massage. I treasure you all and together with my association AMT are trying to * New Covid19 policies to work under in a clinical setting * New risk assessing for clients * Correct PPE required... * Spacing out intervals between clients * Infection control and Cleaning Due to social distancing rule of 4m2 for me to work in, I have had to give up the little shop at Endeavour plaza (sad face) I am setting up clinic at home which has separate entry, big window and door, aircon, adjoining bathroom for our handwashing and ease of abilty to sanitise all equipment as well as my change to clean clothes for each client

07.01.2022 Dear clients of Agnes Water Massage I am writing to address the COVID-19 pandemic directly with you. For the past few weeks, I have been following the updates from the Department of Health website and the World Health recommendations daily. I have also been applying very stringent infection control and hygiene protocols.... Safety is my number one concern for all of my clients, some of whom are at-risk populations. I feel a strong sense of social responsibility to help in any way to slow the spread of the virus and to protect the at-risk populations in our community. Since my profession involves being in close proximity and sharing the air for an extended time in a small room, a virus like this can be spread very quickly despite the best infection control and hygiene precautions. Due to the nature of COVID19, people could be asymptomatic for at least several days but still be contagious. Some people have contracted the virus and had virtually no symptoms at all. The Australian Government has now mandated social distancing measures to try to control the spread of COVID19. Pre-emptive social distancing and good hygiene are the two most powerful tools we have to manage the rate of virus transmission and slow down the enormous load on our medical facilities all at once. With that in mind, I am taking this situation seriously and have decided to take action now to temporarily suspend my practice to slow the curve of COVID19 spread and lessen the sudden overload on our medical facilities locally. If you have a session booked in the next two weeks, it is currently cancelled for the time being. I do not make this decision lightly as this practice is my primary source of income. At this stage, I don’t know how long this suspension will be in effect but I will keep you informed. I would prefer to be over cautious and err on the side of safety, rather than potentially regret not taking actions sooner. The safety and health of my clients, family members and community is paramount. Thank you for your support and understanding. Yours sincerely, Roslyn
