If you enjoy the outdoors, surfing, fishing and boating, or you are seeking a break from the 'rat race' then our community has a lot to offer. We are looking for a chef / experienced cook to work alongside our head chef to carry out daily kitchen and service activities including. * Preparation and service of food according to menu guidelines, recipes and in line with Head Chef requirements * Assist with the receipt of and account for supplies & deliveries while on shift, including correct storage and handling * Comply with all food handling and food safety policies and procedures Candidate must have: * Prior experience in a similar role * Chef trade qualification or proven experience as a cook in a similar role * Excellent communication and organisation skills * Strong attention to detail * Most importantly - a positive attitude * Must be eligible to work in Australia Please email your resume to Jack [email protected]
