Civic disability services are a not-for-profit organisation that supports people with disabilities. 23.01.2022 Dear Solar.web users, We have implemented a new Login-logic in Fronius Solar.web that allows you to access all Fronius online platforms with one user account in... the future. Unfortunately, this logic causes problems with the Login into the Fronius Solar.web Apps for some users. Below, please find a step-by-step manual if you encounter this error. 1. Use a web browser of your choice to visit www.solarweb.com. 2. Login to Fronius Solar.web with your user account (e-mail and password). 3. Start your Fronius Solar.web App. 4. Go to the "Settings" within the App. 5. Logout of your Fronius Solar.web App and ensure that the automatical Login is deactivated. 6. Click on "Delete cache". 7. Login again to your Fronius Solar.web App with your user data. All first-time users must log in on www.solarweb.com after they have clicked on the verification link (sent to their registered email) to confirm their account registration. If you do not remember the password for your user account, use the function "Forgot Password?" during the Login-process.
