25.01.2022 Thankyou for remembering Aidan today and your kind messages . I can’t imagine how hard it must be for those fighting cancer now without the cheerful visits , the meals and laughter at school that kept Aidan strong . Today I share Aidan’s star donated last year to an amazing dog charity. E-hugs 2020.

19.01.2022 September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. On Friday night, the Sydney Opera House was lit up in gold, the symbolic colour for childhood cancer, to show support for children, their families, and the community that supports them. A candlelight vigil and tribute wall honoured the many brave children of the past and present who have battled this disease. If you would like to show your support, think about wearing a little gold this month and look for ways to participate at : http://www.thekidscancerproject.org.au//childhood-cancer-a

18.01.2022 Tribute Ceremony for Aidan Brown The ceremony will start at 9.30 It is expected to rain, and there is limited undercover seating, raincoats preferred as umbrellas obstruct visibility. ... Please wear a touch of red and blue as these were Aidans favorite colors A reflection garden in memory of Aidan is in early stages of planning, a donation is preferred as it will give the school time to create a memorial space which reflects Aidans character. There is a donation box located in the schools main office. Alternatively you can contact Annandale Garden centre and purchase a plant of your choosing. Letters and cards can be placed in the wishing well, which is on the schools foyer.

14.01.2022 The Memorial Garden - Update. Thankyou for all your kind and generous donations towards the garden. We aim for the garden to be a place of reflection while ensuring it is a memorial garden that will be a fitting tribute to Aidan. It will take some time to work out the finer details of the garden.... We welcome your offers of help and input. Naomi Toy will be co-ordinating the memorial garden. You can make comments below or alternatively you can contact Naomi via email: [email protected] If you still wish to make a donation, you can either put it in an envelope and give it to the lovely ladies in the school office or drop the envelope in the wishing well at school We will keep you updated on this page
