22.01.2022 In memory of the birthday of the founder of the Yoshinkan Aikido, Shioda Gozo sensei we share this rare video, of one of the last test conducted by Shioda Soke.... A rank test its a stressful and demanding event that martial arts have to go through their path. As you move forward in your journey, it gets more and more difficult. Now, imagine a 5th dan test, at the styles headquarters and in front of the schools founder. The lucky, Joe Thambu Senseis 5th Dan Grading, 3rd September 1993, with Darren Friend Sensei as uke under Shioda Gozo sensei.

14.01.2022 Aikido Yoshinkan WA will recommence training for 2019 on January 14th, 6PM. The dojo has relocated to new premises at 66 Jambanis Rd, Waneroo, located on the top floor of Isabellas Hydroponic Nursery and Garden Centre. Enter from the side entrance, up the ramp.

14.01.2022 We have finally completed the build of our new permanent dojo in Lansdale. Training will recommence in the next few weeks. The weekly schedule is yet to set. If you are a returning student or if interested to start Yoshinkan Aikido, please message us with your preferred week day and times. We will decide a schedule to suit. Looking forward to getting back on the mats.
