23.01.2022 Hi everyone! It's going to be a hot xmas again. So turn on those aircons and enjoy some comfort. We had a few water leaking from splits last week. Mostly due to drains blocked up with algae and causing water to drip back inside the room. These units needed a deep clean to get them working efficiently again. Enjoy a Happy Xmas and New Year!! 21.01.2022 Wow..such nice weather last few days. Sunny blue skies. It is getting warmer during the days lately. So it is a good time to check and clean your air filters in you split systems and box aircons. If you see signs of mold and dust about the louvres and cooling coil behind the filters, a deep Clean is suggested to get it ready for summer and xmas period. It gets busy quickly as days get hotter. 15.01.2022 Hi, With the rain about in Townsville we are getting a few splits leaking water back inside the room.This can be condensation or the drains are blocked in the split.Clear the blockage and the unit most likely needs a deep clean to get it working properly again. 06.01.2022 Hi everyone! Hope you are safe at home and have not had flood water or rain affect your home. I have been rescheduling my work due to these current conditions. Further changes may be required in the next week or two. If your outdoor units of your aircons are low on ground or under the house and you have had high water on your premises...get your electrician to check if safe to operate. Stay Safe!

04.01.2022 Hi everyone!! The weather is getting cooler now. If you have reverse cycle mode on your split system, It is nice to warm the room up to make it more comfy. This is a good time to think about getting your aircons clean in July, August, September before it gets busy and starts to heat up again. 04.01.2022 Had a couple of really dirty air-cons last couple of weeks. With some patience and elbow action.. They came up OK. It is best to get the splits cleaned 1-2 years. This prevents mold and dust buildup on the cooling coils and blower fan and sludge in the drain trough. Circulation of the air in this condition spreads the mold and dust spores in your room. It can create health issues, higher electricity costs, poor cooling performance. Look after your family and have them checked regularly and cleaned properly. Xmas is coming.. Get them checked.
